When will the next revaluation start?

The revaluation has begun in 2014 to be completed by October 2015. The resulting values will be effective as of January 1, 2015 for Fiscal Year 2016. These assessments will be the basis for the 3rd (or actual) tax bill, which will be mailed in December 2015.
